Synopsis: While advisors and their wealthy clients typically focus on investing to beat benchmarks and crafting legal structures and complex estate plans to save income and estate taxes, history has shown that family dynamics play an even greater part in preserving family wealth over generations.  But discovering and executing best practices for family governance is at best challenging and at worst a seemingly impossible task for both family members and their tax, legal and investment professionals.  This presentation will explore the reasons behind family dysfunction, how these impact the best laid plans of expert advisors, and the secrets to crafting and implementing plans that will preserve the family’s legacy alongside their wealth.

Registration Deadline: Friday, January 14, 2022
Guest fee is $20.00.
